Mr. Gary McKay, a native of Southern Maryland, brings over 20 years of experience in the public sector in the arena of Information Technology. His strengths include the areas of infrastructure design, development and support, COTS application configuration, hardware and software pricing and procurement negotiation, and Technical Project Management. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC) with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. He also holds a Master of Science in Management from the Florida Institute of Technology. On many weekends during the summer months, you will find Gary working at the waters edge of the Chesapeake Bay in Southern Maryland, in support of his family's fourth generation business, McKay's Seafood. When not working, he and his wife Kathy enjoy traveling to and discovering 'off the beaten path' locations around the world.
