Micheline is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and a Managing Consultant for iLuMinA Solutions Inc. As the CFO, she provides financial leadership to manage iLuMinA Solutions in the best interests of its shareholders and provides leadership in setting the Mission, Vision, Principles, Values, Strategic Plan and Annual Operating Plan of the Company. As a Managing Consultant, she provides Technical Management support for clients implementing major Enterprise Systems. Micheline’s career includes 13 years of Government service with the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) and over 19 years of systems engineering experience. She holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Science from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico and in Computer Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico. She also holds Master of Science degrees in Business Administration from Florida Institute of Technology and in Technical Management from Johns Hopkins University. Over the years, Micheline has volunteered with multiple organizations and currently is a board member of the St Mary’s Hospital Foundation and Leadership Southern Maryland Program. Micheline is a native of Puerto Rico and has been a Southern Maryland resident for over 19 years. She resides with her husband Joseph Lynch, in Hollywood, Maryland.
