Ms. Micheline Lopez-Estrada, a native of the beautiful island of Puerto Rico brings over 15 years of experience supporting different agencies within the Department of Defense in their Enterprise Business and Tactical Software Application implementations. She holds two Bachelor of Science degrees, one in Computer Engineering and the other in Computer Science, as well as a Master of Sciences in Technical Management and a Master of Business Administration with a Specialization in Engineering Psychology. Her love of fine foods have led her to taking cooking classes. In her spare time you can find her cooking gourmet meals for her family and friends at the house boat enjoyed on the weekends by her and her husband Joe.
