Miss Simone Acha, a Virginian who draws her heritage from Latin America and Europe, brings over 18 years of experience in private industry with Fortune 100 companies. Her strengths include project management and supply chain management and she has devoted the last 8 years to ERP implementations. She is a graduate of the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech) with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research. She also holds a Minor in English. She is an experienced world traveler and spends her free time taking Italian lessons, writing, and appreciating fine wines and gourmet foods. Simone is also a volunteer docent at The Corcoran Gallery of American Art in Washington DC and you will find her giving tours there on many weekends throughout the year.
